- Participating in negotiations of business contracts to provide legal advice and counter-measures against potential legal risks imposed by contracting parties or third parties
- Advising on application of laws and regulations, legal solutions, legal analysis on all business issues
- Drafting standard templates as necessary for business transactions
- Managing the software which systemises the contracts of the company
- Updating all new legal regulations and analyzing its potential impacts on company’s operation
- Working with Samsung Electronics’ Global Compliance Team on compliance of internal policies with company code of conducts and existing legal regulations

- Bachelor of Law or Master in Law
- Good understanding of corporate laws, civil laws, commercial laws, foreign investment laws, IP laws
- At least 5 years experience in providing legal advice on commercial transactions, corporate services, investment project, merger and acquisitions, labor…
- Working experience as in-house legal counsel for a multinational company or major Vietnamese corporation is an advantage
- Member of a bar association in Vietnam or other country is a plus
