Overall Position Purpose:
To frame appropriate contracts for goods and services at the best possible price in a timely and efficient manner.Key Performance Areas:
Items Closed (Time from Contract Request to Contract Commencement) meeting customer requirements turnaround time on contracts
Market research as required to ensure that we are sourcing from the best available supplier
Decisions made in terms of Price, Quality, Delivery/Service and Innovation
Timely provision of reports to Management and Customers in agreed formats

Qualifications
Tertiary LevelAbility to:
- Manage tender process including issuing tenders and bid clarifications
- Select the right contract to use
- Negotiate win – win outcomes in contracts
- Draft contracts
- Manage and draft variations
They must also have
- Good analytical skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Good skills in MS products including word, excel and outlook
- Good English and Vietnamese
- Good general understanding of contract law and a strong understanding of Vietnamese regulations and requirements
- Experience in working with companies with expat management
- Experience in heavy engineering, mining, construction and/or large production plants
Knowledge & Exposures
At least 5 years Contract experience including contract development
Experience in working for an international company
Contract understanding and knowledge
Skills & Experience
MS Office Suite
