- Advance booking with shipping lines/airlines based on sales forecast
- Adjust/Confirm booking based on actual P/O
- Follow up shipping documentation, i.e S/R, H/BL, M/BL, C/O, LC etc
- Checking the documentation for export customs clearance
- On time shipping management
- On time transshipment and arrival management
- Daily operation closing management
- KPI management per week, month, quarter and year
- Graduated from College or University.
- Willing to work in Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh province.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Import & Export procedure.
- Preferably experienced in logistics operation, shipping line/airline operation related to Samsung Factory.- Good communication skills both in Vietnamses & English.
- Ability to work under high pressure, good time management
- Proficency in office applications (excel, word, customs software,...)
- Preferred knowledge: SAP
