- Set-up of the operation and maintenance of an organization
- Plan to control machines and materials
② Operations of power supply and facility management of a new factory
- Electrical power: Operation and maintenance of power receiving and
transforming equipment, operation of an on-site generator at blackout
- Cooling water: Operation and maintenance of cooling towers and pipes
- Compression air: Operation of air compressors, operation and maintenance of pipes.
- Water, waste water: Operation of pumps, operation and maintenance of water tanks and pipes.
- Air conditioner, ventilation: Operation and maintenance of air conditioners and ventilation equipment
ㆍFacility management
- Building: Operation and maintenance of roof, gutters, windows, doors, shutters, etc. against water leakage
- FFD equipment: Operation and maintenance of fire fighting pipes, sprinklers, fire alarms, etc.
ㆍConduct on-site training within a factory construction site.
ㆍConducts all business activities according to the highest organizational, social, ethical, and legal standards.
ㆍA completed bachelor's degree in the related field
ㆍAt least 8-year work experience as an assistant manager in charge of facility management at other companies' factories over 10,000㎡. Work experience in foreign-invested companies; managerial & organizational start-up experience is advantageous.
ㆍDrawing by CAD system
ㆍProfound knowledge of maintenance prioritized
ㆍSound understanding of the Vietnamese Facility Laws and regulations
ㆍGood English communication skills (verbal and written), computer skills.
